Feasibililty Report

Clients looking to assess the suitability of a site or building for their project may wish to undertake a feasibility study. The architect visits the site and/or building and consults with the client on the feasibility of the project with the client. This can be an initial consultation or a written report can be provided.

Sketch Design Report

The architect meets with the client and establishes a brief, makes an assessment of the site and other parameters for the project. At a second meeting the best sketch design concept designed by the architect and a preliminary costing are presented to the client. If the client wishes to proceed to further architectural documentation or services this is discussed at the meeting.

Sustainability Design Report

The architect meets with the client ans visits the site to assess the existing conditions. An assessment is made by the architect and client brief established and design concepts discussed for improving ongoing sustainability of the house or building. At a second meeting the architect presents initial concepts, preliminary costings and a report to the client to provide energy and water savings. The client then may decide to go on to further architectural services.
